Now, that my semester is done and over, it is summertime!! I am spending my summer here in Senegal to gain international work experience and to enjoy my last couple months here. I am currently teaching english and loving it! I was very busy with papers, tests, and finals at the end of the semester and I failed to write on my blog. I am now going to dedicate these next entries to more intreging and in depth articles about West Africa, Senegal, and my experience. Think of it as your own Senegal column by me! I hope to inform you of the truth of the state of these countries and others, my experience, and what I encounter throughout the summer. Stay tuned to interesting articles on racism, discrimination, poverty, religion, the good and the bad of Senegal, and all in between! Please comment and leave suggestions on topics of your choice!
